Financial Fitness
In this Podcast, we cover everyday real-world scenarios applicable to all of us in our day-to-day journey toward financial freedom. of course, that looks different for all of us, but the basic principles remain the same - Be Smart, Be Intentional and Be Different! The last one is my favorite, but it is the hardest for many to master. There are so many distractions in our world telling us to do what feels right and go with the flow, but in the end that won't get you where you want to go. Here we will go on a journey together, and cover every day topics that we all face, in an effort to uncover the truth from the lies, and move ever closer to the goal of financial freedom!

What this episode is NOT.......
I am in no way suggesting that everyone needs to assess their worth and quit their job. That may be the case for some, but for most there will be a moment of clarity and opportunity that comes from the self and market assessments described in this episode.
I know that there will be many reactions to this episode, and I think that is why it was so important that I got this one published and out there. We should all understand our value and be empowered to take necessary action to fully recover that value from the market as compensation. This may not all be monetary, but there needs to be a healthy balance between the work being done and the emotional response for the effort associated with it.
Take the time to fully understand your value in your given work environment, and be encouraged to align that with the priorities you have for your family and your future goals. Take action today to begin the journey that aligns healthy goals with appropriate compensation, and don't be surprised if you find that there is a gap. This should be viewed as motivating, because it means there is opportunity right in front of you.....if you are willing to ask for it!
Here is a link to the 30 question assessment that I refer to in this episode (Note: this was from the book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill).
